We restore your home.
Call us any time. A real person from the company picks up. We'll tell you what to do while we get on the road.
Average time to be on the road after your call: under 1 hour
Here's who you're calling
Someone picks up, day or night
What we do
Water, fire, mold, biohazard. We handle all of it.
Call and describe what you're looking at. We'll figure out what it is and what to do.
Water damage
Burst pipes, failed water heaters, monsoon flooding. We extract, dry, and get the structure fully dry.
What that involves →Fire & smoke
Emergency board-up, soot and odor removal, and the rebuild after. We coordinate the whole thing so you're not managing contractors.
What that involves →Biohazard
Sewage backups and trauma scenes, cleaned safely and privately. Unmarked trucks. No conversation with your neighbors.
What that involves →Mold removal
Inspection, containment, and removal. We find the leak that caused it, so it doesn't grow back in six months.
What that involves →After you call
Here's exactly what happens next.
No one explains this while you're standing in a wet hallway. So here it is in advance.
You talk to a person
Not a call center. We'll tell you what to shut off and what not to touch while we load the truck.
We're at the door
We photograph everything for your claim, find the source, and stop the damage from spreading.
We dry it out
Extraction, fans, dehumidifiers. We check moisture readings daily until the structure is genuinely dry, not just dry-looking.
We put it back
Drywall, paint, flooring, trim. You get your house back, not a house with a patch in it.
Who shows up
"We live here too. When we walk into your house, we're thinking about how we'd want ours handled. We're going to run into you at the store afterward."
Insurance
The claim is the second flood.
Most people have never filed one. We do it every week. We'll sit on the phone with your adjuster so you don't have to guess at what you're owed.
Ask us about your claim- ✓ We document damage the way adjusters need it
- ✓ We bill your insurer directly where your policy allows
- ✓ We'll tell you honestly if filing isn't worth your deductible
- ✓ You get every photo and reading we take, whether you file or not
Where we work
All of Southern Utah, and we mean all of it.
Somewhere small and in between? Call anyway. We've driven further for less.
Questions
What people ask at 2am
How fast can you actually get here?
We're loaded and on the road within the hour. How long until we're at your door depends on where you are — Cedar City and St. George are our base. Further out (Kanab, Beaver, Springdale) takes longer, and we'll give you a real number on the phone, not a guess.
What should I do before you arrive?
Shut off the water at the main if you can find it, and kill power to the affected rooms at the breaker if there's standing water. Don't walk through it barefoot. We'll talk you through the rest live.
Will my insurance cover this?
Sudden and accidental damage (a burst pipe, a failed heater) is usually covered. Slow leaks and flooding from outside usually aren't. We'll look at what you've got and tell you straight.
Do I have to pay before insurance pays?
In most cases, no. Where your policy allows it, we bill the insurer directly and you're responsible for the deductible.
Can you rebuild, or just clean up?
Both. We dry, remediate, and coordinate the rebuild through local contractors we know. You deal with us the whole way through.
